Accommodation will be sold on a first come, first serve basis and all reservations are to be made through the booking link below to have access to the special negotiated rates. Reservations made by third parties or other channels won’t be considered part of the SANS room block.

The published rates will be available until March 15, 2025. Book early to secure your discounted rate! After this date, the hotel will only accept reservations based on availability & increased rates may apply.
