The 16th Annual Social & Affective Neuroscience Society Conference will take place in Toronto, Canada from April 10-13, 2024.

Registration Procedure
Step 1: Become a SANS Member
SANS Members benefit from reduced registration fees. If you are not currently a SANS member, you can join or renew prior to registering for the meeting.
Step 2: Register for the Meeting (Registration OPENS November 8, 2023)
To participate in the conference, all attendees must register. Registration rates are in USD.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid less a $75 USD processing fee will be refunded for cancellations requested prior to March 20, 2024. Following this date, no refunds will be issued. If you do not receive your Canadian visa in time the above cancellation policy will also apply. Please apply for your visas as soon as possible.
Transfer Policy: There will be a charge of $75 USD to transfer a registration to another person. Transfer requests must be made by March 20, 2024. Following this date, no transfers will be issued. If you do not receive your Canadian visa in time the above transfer policy will also apply. Please apply for your visas as soon as possible.
The SANS Conference Organizers reserve the right to modify the conference program. The conference organizers are not responsible for any non-refundable expenses that participants incur associated with this event.
Step 3: Book Accommodation & Request Your Visa Letter
We recommend booking your accommodation in Toronto early! We anticipate our dates to be quite busy! Please visit the destination page for more details on the meeting venue, and instructions on requesting your visa invitation letter for your application. As a reminder, you do need a passport to visit Canada!
