Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid less a $75 USD processing fee will be refunded for cancellations requested prior to March 15, 2026. Following this date, no refunds will be issued. If you do not receive your B-1 visitor visa in time, the above cancellation policy will also apply. Please apply for your visas as soon as possible.

Transfer Policy: There will be a charge of $75 USD to transfer a registration to another person. Transfer requests must be made by March 15, 2026. Following this date, no transfers will be issued. If you do not receive your B-1 visitor visa in time, the above transfer policy will also apply. Please apply for your visas as soon as possible.

The SANS Conference Organizers reserve the right to modify the conference program. The conference organizers are not responsible for any non-refundable expenses that participants incur associated with this event.

The type of visa you will need to attend a conference in the United States is B-1, which is a business visitor visa.

International delegates may request an official invitation to support their Visa application. Please note, full conference registration and payment must be arranged prior to a letter being provided. Please email us for more information.
