We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow to work on projects investigating emotion regulation and learning about individuals and social groups. The candidate will work closely with Drs. Sabina Cehajic-Clancy (Stockholm University) and Andreas Olsson (Karolinska Institutet), drawing on moral and social psychology, learning theory, and using behavioral, psychophysiological and fMRI methods. The candidate will primarily be placed in the EmotionLab at KI with full access to brain imaging centers at the KI and Stockholm University. The position will include designing and implementing experiments in the lab, and potentially in the field, analyzing and disseminating the results. The position will also involve career development mentorship, advising students, and project grant applications. We hope that the candidate will be able to start during summer.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in psychology, cognitive neuroscience or a related field with an interest in intergroup relations. The successful candidate is expected to have a strong quantitative background and experience in designing, implementing and analyzing psychophysiological and fMRI experiments. Excellent statistical skills are required, and knowledge in computational approaches is highly desired. We are especially interested in candidates with a strong interest in, and familiarity with, theory and research in the field of intergroup relations. Experience with field experiments is an advantage. Excellent oral and written English language skills are required.
