Post-Baccalaureate Research Assistants – UNC Chapel Hill

We are seeking 2 full-time post-baccalaureate Research Assistants in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at UNC Chapel Hill to work on a joint project with Drs. Eva Telzer and Kristen Lindquist. Researcher Assistants would work on a unique dataset that combines theories and methods in developmental neuroscience (longitudinal fMRI data), social affective neuroscience (emotional processing, social interactions), health behaviors (health risk behaviors, internalizing and externalizing disorders), and social media and technology use. We specifically are looking for BA-level researchers with skills in recruitment, screening, and data collection with child and adolescent participants and their families who wish to gain more experience in research for graduate school. Fluency in spoken and written Spanish is highly desirable. Applicants must have a BA/BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field by the time the position begins. The position also includes opportunities for professional development and unique interdisciplinary training that will be useful for a variety of academic career paths. Position starts summer, 2024.
